In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour. The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace. The tickets for the Musical Show or Fountain Show are included. You will be able to watch the shows during the tour and stay in the gardens after your half-day guided tour has finished. Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace. The trains are not running between the stations "PARIS AUSTERLITZ" and "Versailles Chateau Rive Gauche" from the 15th of July to the 23rd of August. There are 2 options with public transport: 1. Take a train to the Versailles Rive Droite station (Take line L via Saint Lazare or La Défense) then it's a 25-minute walk to the meeting point. 2. Take a train to Versailles Chantiers station (Take line N via Montparnasse or line U via La Défense) then it's a 15-minute walk to the meeting point. The Palace tour lasts 1.5 hours, but add 30 minutes for tickets and security checks.
