What’s included

Your evening includes a relaxing boat ride from Foša harbor with a local guide at the helm, one refreshing drink (Aperol Spritz or Prosecco), music on board, and plenty of time to enjoy views of Zadar’s landmarks and that famous sunset before heading back ashore.

I didn’t expect to feel so calm right away. There’s something about leaving Foša harbor — those old stone walls almost glowing in the late light — that makes you slow down. Our captain (I think his name was Luka?) handed us chilled Aperol Spritz as we pulled out, and honestly, I just sat there for a minute watching the ripples behind us. The air smelled a bit salty, but also like orange peel from my glass.

We cruised along the Zadar seafront while Luka pointed out Saint Donat church — he joked it’s older than most countries. He put on some old Croatian songs mixed with Italian serenades; I caught myself humming along even though I didn’t know the words. When we got near the Sea Organ, you could actually hear it — not loud, more like these soft notes floating up from under the pier. Some kids were laughing nearby, trying to guess which hole made which sound.

Luka found a quiet spot in the canal so we could watch the sunset without too many boats around. The sky turned this weird pink-gold color over Zadar Old Town and its islands — hard to describe without sounding cheesy. We just sat there for a while, nobody really talking much. I still think about that view sometimes when things get noisy back home.
